There are lots of things happening in the LG’s world, especially with the release of some of their products to attract customers. As if the G4 hadn’t been enough to occupy their mind, they divide their attention to deal with another product, the G Flex 2. This curved phablet device is claimed to come with all the good stuffs, improvements from the last design. Besides housing 5.5 inches of screen, it comes with fast and responsive 810 Snapdragon Qualcomm octa core 64 bit chip and other good features.
The Good and the Bad
Naturally, there are some good features to expect from the device, such as the exclusive and classy design with the arched comfy hold and immersive quality. The display screen is sharp and crisp, thanks to the 1080p quality. Powerful processor is also responsible in making the device more responsive and fast, without any lag or delay. And to make things more interesting, the scratch resistant coating is like the icing on top of the cake. However, some of the possible flaws include not-so-good battery quality as the new battery is actually smaller than the one used in previous handset. The camera isn’t very good with the muted photos, and you should expect to deal with pending software update. But in overall sense, the G Flex 2 is a very promising device with bold design and killer screen.
Improvements and Changes
LG seems to correct what’s wrong with their previous G Flex design, so they pack up new amenities for the new device. With bright and crisp touchscreen 1080p quality and powerful 810 Snapdragon Qualcomm processor, this is a handset that can perform all the important tasks without delay or lag. The curved design is one of the main attractions that make this device unique, and so far, the device has been launched in Korea. It should be available soon enough in Singapore, with American market follow suit. Sprint, AT&T, and Cellular have been planning to carry the device into their market soon enough.
The design is classy and premium, with Red Flamenco and Silver Platinum. This lighter, thinner, and smaller device has its own sexiness appeal that makes you want to hold it all day long. Thanks to the curvy design, viewing the screen is somewhat more comfortable and nicer. Watching movies or streaming videos will be a nice experience, and even browsing the net will make you more engaged and drawn into the structure.
Improvements on the software have been made, with the addition of important stuffs like the browser or notifications. You can also enjoy the Smart Notice to remind you of important events or Dual Window for split screen mode. If you really like handy app, you may enjoy KnockOn feature where you can enjoy different tapping movements to wake your device. Or you may like GlanceView feature that you can use to check the date or time without waking your device up.
